7 PAX (1 FNG) convened on an outstanding Saturday morning at IronClad to get better. It felt like time slowed down. Here’s the lowdown.
Warm-o-rama: ArmCircles 10F-10R; 1 Burpee; SSHops x25; 2 Burpees; Merkin 1.5 x15; 3 Burpees; Helos x15; 4 Burpees; Mountain climbers x15; 5 Burpees
Mosey to the top floor of the 6-Floor parking garage. Perform the Super 700, a Dora-like routine where one PAX exercised while the other traversed two flights of stairs. Exercises were: 25 Burpees; 125 Merkins; 225 LBCs; 325 SSHops for a total of 700 reps. 15 count breather certainly needed thereafter.
Mosey out of the garage “the hard way” by stopping on every floor and doing 25 Merkins and 25 Squats, rotating the leader.
Mosey to the “LOVENN” sign and do a ring of fire where PAX held 6″ and rotated through each PAX drawing out “LOVENN” with their legs. Bonus points awarded for doing an actual heart vice an “O”.
Mosey to the gazebo and pair up again. Perform Handclap Merkins, run to next stairs and do Jump Squats, run back and repeat in escalating reps: 5, 10, 15.
Mosey back to flags and do 100 Situp Challenge, Bear Crawl Ring of Fire, American Hammers, and Leg Lifts.
Mercifully, the workout ended. Count and Name o Rama performed sucessfully. GTL (Gym Tan Laundry) named due to his Jersey upbringing. Welcome!
