  • Weak in numbers but strong in resolve, two Pax posted at RuckHill Thursday morning for a brief but valuable warm up to that evening’s start to YHC’s Beach Volleyball/Happy Hour season. Fortunately Cowboy, my lone compadre in the morning’s workout, would be joining me in the evening’s festivities and thus did not object too strongly with the plan to temper the beatdown in order save a little something for later.

    3- 10 Merkins (Rucks On)/10 Good Mornings (Rucks in Front)/20 Big Boy Sit-Ups (Rucks held up)

    4- 10 Merkins (Rucks On)/10 Good Mornings (Rucks in Front)/20 Big Boy Sit-Ups (Rucks held up)

    Arrived back at the flags 2 minutes late, but the stretched out hamstrings from all the Good Mornings thanked me later that evening
