    Mosey to Kids Korner

    Workout in memory of Kobe Bryant, his daughter, and the others who lost their lives in the helicopter crash. 

    Each set includes a run up the hill with an 8-count Body Builder Burpee at the top. Run down the hill and perform an exercise with 24 reps. Rinse and repeat the set with a different 24 rep exercise. Total of 8 sets. 

    Exercises 24 count – cadence (c), single count (sc): Big boy sit-ups sc, Monkey Humpers c, Alabama Prom Date c, Merkins c, Bobby Hurleys sc, American Hammers c, Mountain Climbers c, Carolina Dry Docks c. 

    Mosey to the stage. Dealer’s choice with 8 or 24 reps for each exercise selected. 8 exercises  performed. Mosey back to the shovel flag. 

    Thanks to Free Fall for keeping the Q on schedule who thought there was 15 minutes left. Time flies by when you’re having fun.

    Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win! All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing. I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified.
