    Partner up. One partner does AMRAP of the following exercise, other does suicide sprints (or more of a mosey) to each speed bump, down to the third one.

    Short break, rinse and repeat with the following exercises:

    • Burpee
    • Squat

    Mosey to the clubhouse.

    • YHC encouraged the PAX to demonstrate true generosity, which comes from sacrificing from needs, not just giving out of abundance.

    Moleskin

    • Musket offered the possibility of Bear Crawls on the transit instead of a mosey. YHC refuses on principle.
    • YHC briefly forgot the word “clubhouse” but his stumbling over it made the PAX assume he forgot the word “building.”
    • Just for kicks, YHC thought of the backblast title after realizing the chosen exercises spelled out mall, and was reminded of this gem from How I Met Your Mother:
