    Warm-o-rama

    SSHops x27, Merkins x24 (Pats 27, Steelers 24); Burpees x9 (Pats 9 consecutive AFC East titles); Abe Vigodas x 11, Overhead Claps x3 (Pats 11-3 current record).

    Mosey around Mighty Eagle Harbor Lake for a warmup lap for some, re-warmup for others.

    The Thang

    5 series of exercises in escalating reps.  Three cones spaced sort of equally far apart.  First exercise is done in at the middle cone, PAX then split up and did the second exercises at either far cone.  Exercise sets were:

    Handclap Merkins (middle), Squats (far cone) (5, 10, 15, 20)

    Partner Situps, Jump Squats (5, 10, 15, 20)

    Mountain Climbers, SS Hops (5, 10, 15, 20, 25)

    American Hammers, Overhead Claps (5, 10, 15, 20, 25)

    Plank Jacks, Lunges (5, 10, 15, 20) (no time for 25)

    That’s alot of reps during accumulating exercises that looked easier on paper than was in execution.  PAX persevered nonetheless.
