5 PAX rallied at Bear Country for a humid warm morning sweat session.
The Thang:
25 side straddle hops – In cadence (IC) 15 Imperial Walkers – IC Arm Circle Sets 30 small forward, 30 small Backwards, 30 Large forwards, 30 Large Backwards 10 Burpees
20 merkins – IC
Mosey to pull up bars.
5 pull ups followed by 1 90degree Leg up, 4 pull ups – 2 leg ups, 3 pull ups – 3 leg ups, 2-4, 1-5 on our own. (Inadvertently impress FIA.) Mosey to Football field and the stadium stairs.
5 sets of stadium stairs. After each running of the stairs the Pax did 2, 4, 6, 8, & 10 Burpees before the next Mosey to the (very dimly lit) goal line of the football field.
1 Member of the Pax snapped a football to a second member, the QB. The QB called out an exercise for the Pax to do on the opposite goal line. The QB Hiked the ball (5 burpees for each member of the Pax if the snap was fumbled) the entire Pax then ran a 100 yrd dash to the other goal line where we collectively did the exercise IC that was called by the QB. Mosey back to the more lit goal line. The QB selected the next round’s QB by completing a 20yrd pass in the endzone. (5 Burpees for each member if the pass was incomplete) The chosen work outs were: 15 Merkins, 50 Dying Cockroaches, 15 Carolina Dry Docks, 15 Big Boy Situps, & American Hammers up to 4. Mosey to the flags.
