It was a brisk and muddy morning at Stinkhill. 7 lucky PAX showed up for another awesome beatdown.
Warmarama: Side Straddle Hop; Imperial Walkers; Arm Circles; Through the Tunnels; Squats; Flutter Kicks; Big Boy Sit-ups, American Hammers
The Thang: The PAX started off with a mile and a half around both hills over to Brown’s Mound. There the PAX got stronger through the Cards of Death. The following exercises: WWII Sit-ups, High Low Flutter Kicks, Freddie Mercury’s, Monkey Humpers, Plank Janks, Low Slow Squats, High Knees, Shoulder Taps, Oblique Crunches, Wide Arm Merkins, Calf Raises, Jump Squats, Carolina Dry Docks. After every four exercises the PAX ran two laps around the path.
After that the PAX moseyed back to the flags for some COT. There the PAX gathered to say prayers for that needed extra this week.
