7 Strong PAX showed up this morning in the gloom to continue their training for the Murph.
The PAX welcomed a FNG Mohawk. The PAX warmed up to Side Straddle Hop, Arm Circles, Through the Tunnel, Imperial Walkers, Squats, Michael Phelps, and Air Squats.
The Thang: The PAX ran around the loop around the back side of Stankhill over to the Pull-up bars. There they performed 10 rounds of 5 Pull-ups, 10 Merkins, 15 Air Squats, and 10 Big Boy Sit-ups. In between rounds the PAX ran to the last shelter and back.
The PAX then moseyed back to the Flags. There they welcomed Mohawk and discussed 2ndF and so on. COT with namearama, countarama. Reading from Psalm 1 16:1-2.
