9 PAX took the inaugural Grinder VQ challenge. “Man up” was the theme for: Grinder to VQ, PAX to finish and Circle of Trust to hear.

30 Side Straddle Hops – 4 count/IC
10 Forward and 10 Backward Arm Circles – 4 count/IC
10 Michael Phelps- 4 count/IC
10 Through the Tunnel – 4 count/IC
We moseyed around the pond and made our way to the tennis court. PAX partnered up for a 4 set rotation alternating through step ups and painting the lines. A 20 second count lead us to the next task. PAX positioned on each corner of the tennis court to complete 3 rounds of AMRAPs in 30 seconds of Burpees, Squats, Merkins, Lunges. Rotation 1 and 2 around court included added excitement with Bear crawls to the next corner. Rotation 3 included karaoke.

Circle of Trust
“Man up” 30-day devotional from Bible app. Real men are self-confident and can let God show them how they should act. We are to pursue righteousness and Godliness, becoming more like Him. We are to have, bold, courageous faith-following God even in times where it feels foolish, with steadfastness.
And finally, men should be gentle with those around them- their wives and children. Being harsh and rigid doesn’t make you a man; it just makes you difficult to love. In our gentleness, we create and atmosphere that invites and creates a culture of love in our homes.
Application- Pay attention to the words/mood with our family, friends and co-workers today. Reflect God’s gentleness even with those who wrong you.
