Four Pax braved the StankHill gloom this morning, including FNG MileHigh (a Denver native of course) and Turf n Turf (a relocated F3 brother from Charlotte). After very brief introductions, we got underway.

Mosey to the pull-up bar on the south side of Scully Park for
Murph Elevens – 10 pull-ups, run to the nearest bench, 20 Merkins, 30 Squats, run back to the pull-up bar, 9 pull-ups, run back to the nearest bench, 18 Merkins, 27 Squats, rinse and repeat until the final tally of 1 pull-up, 2 Merkins, and 3 Squats is reached. All told, an impressive 55 pull-ups, 110 Merkins, and 165 Squats were performed.
Mosey to the base of StinkHill for a quick round of Big Boy Elevens starting with 10 Big Boy sit-ups at the base, 9 Big Boys at the top, continuing the progression while ascending and descending StinkHill until the final, single Big Boy is completed.
