YHC was joined by 5 other PAX for a beatdown that belied the name of the AO. Here’s what happened.
Warmarama: Imperial Walkers, Through the Tunnel
The Thang: 4 corners in the parking lot. 25 repetitions at each corner, sprint between corners. Exercises were merkins, big boy situps, squats, lunges. Exercises were started together at each corner but performed OYO. After sprinting to next corner, plank on the six. Once complete mosey to the path around the lake. Run at your own pace around the lake, stopping at each bench for some pearls on a long string. First bench 20x merkins, second bench 20x LBCs, third bench 20x squats. Continue to rotate through merkins, LBCs, and squats at each bench around the lake for 9 total benches. Pick up the six and then mosey to the big pavilion for a set of 11s of derkins and dips counting up on derkins and down on dips. Mosey back to the flags for 6 minutes of Mary.
Mary: Various ab exercises to include Average Joe cutting some strangely shaped boxes.
COT: Like at #Ironclad this weekend, YHC had each of the PAX members share what they appreciate about F3. Again, a great selection of positive influences.
