6 PAX showed up on a very cold and gloomy morning at Stankhill.
PAX warmed up to the following: Side Straddle Hop, Imperial Walkers, Through the tunnels, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps.
After that the PAX ran a quick paced Mile around and back to the Pull-ups bars. There the PAX did a partial Murph: 5 Pull-ups, 10 Merkins, 20 American Hammers, 30 Air Squats, and a sprint to the first shelter and back. 5 rounds of this. After that the PAX ran a mile back to the Flags. Back there the PAX knocked out some Flutter Kicks and Big Boys.
