6 strong Pax mustered at Stinkhill for a beatdown. There was small mumble chatter.
Warm-up: Side Straddle Hop, Shoulder rolls, Imperial Walkers, Through the Tunnels.
The Thang: Mosey for 2001 Meters around the Stinkhill to the Pull-up bars. Once there the Pax endured a grueling 9 exercises and runs up and down the hill. They are as follows: 11 Burpees, 11 Squat Jumps, 11 Merkins, 11 Chest bar/ pull ups, 11 Split Jacks, 11 Plank Jacks, 11 Side Straddle Hops, 11 Carolina Dry Docks, 11 Toes to bars. All while in between each set the Pax ran up the hill and performed 20 Big boys sit-ups then back down the hill. Lastly the Pax ran as a group for another 2001 meters back to the flag.
