7 Pax made it out of the fart sack to start the day off right. The weather was just a bit cooler then yesterday.

Mosey to Kids Cove
KC: Jakobs Ladder 10 Burpees then up and down Stinkhill. 9 Burpees then up and down the hill again Rinse and repeat subtracting a Burpee.
Pax then moseyed around the hill to the Pull-up bars. There they put down 5 Pull-ups, 10 Alternating Lunges, and then ascended up the Hill for 10 Big Boy Sit-ups. Rinse and repeat.
Pax then moseyed over to the field in front of the Pavilion. There the Pax played down 10 Merkins then Sprint 25 yards and do 20 Air Squats then sprint back to beginning for 10 2 count American Hammers. Rinse and repeat.
After the Pax moseyed back to the flags for some MARY. Flutter Kicks and Leg Raises.
Afterward the Pax had COT. No BOM per HQ.
