Transition: Moesy to the front side of the hill to the 2nd steps via Indian run.

Merkin and lunge at every other step.
At the top of the steps, 10 Count for breather
Workout #2
Work your way over to the rocks. Everyone grabs a rock and calls out a movement. 15 rep max. Every other person, the movement will be 5 burpees
Transition: Mosey to First canopies by lake
Workout #3
Inverted pyramid : Partners working together, work your way through 50-40-30-20-10-20-30-40-50 of Merkins, air squats, big boy sit ups. After ever interval, run up the hill forward. At 10, run up the hill backward.
