8 Strong PAX showed up for Stankhill on this fine morning. Including Pablo who was down range from the Raleigh area.
Warmarama- The PAX warmed up to some Side Straddle Hop, Imperial Walkers, Hillbilly Walkers, Air Squat Holds, Through the Tunnels, Arm Circles, and Michael Phelps.
Thang- After the warm up the PAX moseyed to Kids Cove area. There the PAX endured Descending Jacobs Ladder with Burpees. The PAX then moseyed up the hill to the middle of Stankhill. There the PAX pushed through the DORA with 100 Merkins, 200 American Hammers, and 300 Air Squats. In between the PAX ran out to the far exhaust pipe and back.
The PAX finished strong and gather at the Flags for COT. Great job by the PAX.
