Nice leisurely Sunday morning mosey around the lake with stops at each bench along the way for the following “Dealer’s Choice” breathers:

5. 25 Big Boy Sit-ups
6. 25 Leg Lifts
7. 25 Dips
8. 25 Derkins
9. 25 Air Squats

11.25 Big Boy Sit-ups
12.25 Leg Lifts (no bench here, but Screendoor made a good call to go ahead an get that last set of leg lifts in)
Continue on to the base of Stinkhill and since we were a little ahead of schedule, YHC tasked us with the following:

Up the Steps
25 Big Boy Sit-ups
Down the Steps
25 Merkins
Up the Steps
25 Big Boy Sit-ups
Down the Steps
At this point there was still enough time to do a couple more iterations, but YHC did NOT want to climb those steps again, so we did a short mosey to Scully Park, knocked off 25 more Big Boy Sit-ups, and then headed back to the flags.
