With our move finally upon us next week, this Saturday will be my last Saturday Q as a Virginia resident. Be there at Ironclad for a review of all my favorite exercises. Following later that day we will be hosting a going away party at our house, 4 pm to whenever. We will have the basics – burgers, dogs, NA drinks – BYOB otherwise.
