The Thang
Warmarama
Lap with 20 leg lifts at each bench.
Mosey to tennis court. Bear crawl to corner, 1 burpee, bear crawl to net, 2 burpees, bear crawl to corner, 3 burpees, bear crawl to corner, 4 burpees, bear crawl to net, 5 burpees, bear crawl to corner, 6 burpees.
Cindy with leg lifts: 20 minute AMRAP of 5 chin-ups, 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 leg lifts. Count rounds completed with piece of mulch.
Ring of Fire: Plank and increasing 1 and 1/2 merkins (all the way down, 1/2 way up, down, up). Completed 5 rounds.
Recover. Recover.
Naked Man Moleskin (NMM)
Each PAX had a slightly different stacking scheme of their mulch completion pile, as well as their mulch pile to pull from. There was quite a bit of mumble chatter about what the psychology of our stacking style could tell us about each PAX. Thank you Funny Car for pointing this out.
Funny Car debuted at QuackQuackHonk and doubled down at FaithSneakers. Nice work.
Circle of Trust
Community is huge. YHC closed on his first home on Monday. That evening the connect group (all F3 PAX) showed up and completely emptied the apt. (except for one more heavy piece) in an hour and a half. YHC thought a follow up Sat. move was going to be necessary. Not so.
