Welcome to the inaugural backblast of the week and Q of the week for F3 Hampton Roads. As with most things that we do, we have “borrowed” it from F3RVA — imitation is best form of flattery. These will be published in a backblast early each week (from now on prior to our Tuesday workouts). Our “weeks” will run Mon.–Sun.
In brief, the Q of the week will go the “best” workout of the week. This could be the toughest, most creative, use of props (Deflator), themed, etc. The backblast of the week will go to the “best” backblast as judged by how well it is written, its creativity, timing, how funny it is, etc. To be eligible, the backblast must be posted within 24 hours of the workout.
We are looking for a third category to give out each week (e.g., F3RVA gives out the Millennial of the Week). Let’s come up with something unique to our region. Respond to this post with suggestions.

Q of the Week: Tow Rope (DuckDuckGoose— http://f3rva.org/2017/08/08/natures-waterpark/). This workout was completed under the down pouring of rain and was an absolute blast. Tow Rope came prepared and made sure there was not a dry thread on us when we left.
Backblast of the Week: Tow Rope (DuckDuckGoose — http://f3rva.org/2017/08/08/natures-waterpark/). He set the record for fastest backblast. It was up by the time most of us showered and arrived at work.
Note: The two will not always be the same but this week Tow Rope takes the sweep.
