    The Thang

    YHC got the workout started with 30 SSHs IC, 20 Squats IC, 20 Forward/20 Backward Shoulder Circles IC, and 10 Finkle Swings each leg IC. Following each exercise PAX moseyed halfway around parking lot completing two laps.

    Workout
    Beatdown commenced using a Dora style format. YHC brought two dice and whatever was rolled got multiplied by 10. PAX partnered up, then took turns rolling the dice, and were instructed to pick an exercise prior to rolling as to not sway what exercise was chosen. Here is how it transpired.

    1. Doomsday- American Hammers 70 reps.
    2. YHC- Burpees 60 reps.
    3. Space Monkey- Sumo Squats 50 reps.
    4. Dreamliner- Dora x2 Curls 40 reps, CDDs 40 reps per teammate.
    5. Yoast- Prisoner Pushups 20 reps
    6. Snowman- Big Boy Situps 80 reps
    7. Doomsday- Merkins 110 reps
    8. YHC- Man Makers 60 reps

    COTS
    YHC expressed how important it is to come together as a community and help your neighbor. I had an opportunity to volunteer at a food pantry and get food and supplies to families that are struggling through this government shutdown. It is refreshing to see a community come together when times are tough. However, this is how it should also be in the good times.
