Run around the parking lot
The Thang – In recognition of the outdoor games we played as kids, this morning’s workout was Red Rover. Funny car selected the first Pax by saying “Red Rover, Red Rover, send (F3 name) on over. The Pax selected would announce an exercise for the other Pax to do while he ran around the parking lot. When he returned he picked another Pax for Red Rover and so on until all nine Pax were selected. The two rules were an exercise could not be selected more than once and a Pax could not select a Pax who had already been selected. The penalty was 10 burpees. There were no penalties.
After the two sets of Red Rover the Pax ran another lap around the parking lot followed by a round of Mary with each Pax selecting an exercise.

Funny car accidentally shared a bible verse before count-a-rama and name-a-rama. The verse was John 15:9-17.
9 “I have loved you even as the Father has loved me. Remain in my love. 10 When you obey my commandments, you remain in my love, just as I obey my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. 11 I have told you these things so that you will be filled with my joy. Yes, your joy will overflow!12 This is my commandment: Love each other in the same way I have loved you. 13 There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. 14 You are my friends if you do what I command. 15 I no longer call you slaves, because a master doesn’t confide in his slaves. Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me. 16 You didn’t choose me. I chose you.
