As has become an all too often occurrence (once is too many), once again YHC was the lone figure beneath the shovel flag this morning and, as a result, made the call to leave the rucksack in the trunk for the RuckHill festivities and instead focus on a Scully weakness (running), and setting the bar a little higher in the Quad P challenge (CDDs). With that goal in mind, YHC performed a quick Warmarama consisting of 15 reps of Thru-the-Tunnel and 20 CDDs and then proceeded on a two lap trek around the lake stopping at each bench enroute to perform 20 CDDs. Two laps (and a total of 500 CDDs) later, YHC arrived back at the flag with just enough time on the clock to perform 3 sets of 25 reps of Squats and Big Boys. The self-imposed beatdown then ended with little fanfare and with the only consolation being that the backblast would be VERY short.
