- Through the Tunnel – 12
- Arm Circles – 15 Forward/15 Back
- Imperial Walkers – 15
- Bracket Burpees (Dreamliner 2, Musket 12, Everyone Else 13)
Indian Run around the lake and end at the clubhouse.
Everyone partners up. One partner makes his way around the clubhouse in alternating fashion and ends with a Mission Impossible while the other does a series of exercises and then they switch off:
- Duck Walk/Merkins
- Crab Walk/Squats
- Bear Crawl/Flutter Kicks
Everyone circle up and rotate AMRAP using the Mountain Climbers as the timer:
- Carolina Dry Docks
- Big Boys
- Step Ups
- Mountain Climbers (50 4 count and then rotate)
Finish with a little abs:
- American Hammers (20 4 ct IC)
- Box Cutters (20 4 ct IC)
- WWIIs (10)
If I quit now I will soon be back where I started. And when I started I was desperately wishing to be where I am now.
