Three appropriately burdened Pax welcomed the sunrise at RuckHill this morning.

Mosey to the base of the steps and made the ascent to the top Everest-Style (one squat at each step). Cross to and down the second set of steps only to make our way to and up the third set of steps doing a Merkin at each step along the way (note that these are much harder with a rucksack). Mosey down the back trail until opposite Kids Cove where, facing downhill, we performed 10 Deck Squats fully rucked. We then proceeded directly to Kids Cove, shed our Rucks, and performed a countdown of Commando Pull-ups (10 to 1) with a lap around the loop separating each set. Upon completion, we proceeded to and up the back trail to the summit, down the third set of steps, up the second set of steps, across and down the first set of steps, and back to the flag with just enough time left on the clock for 25 Big Boy Sit-ups.
