Workout:
6 PAX finished up Warmarama then took a lap around the Duck-Duck-Goose track and over Bear Crawl Bridge. It was only natural for YHC to execute an ALARM style workout since two PAX arrived late, barely escaping the fart-sack monster . The workout was a combination of a DORA and an ALARM routine. PAX partnered up and completed 200 Bench Press, 200 Squats, 200 Big Boys, 100 Rows, and 100 Mountain climbers all with a 65lb coupon. PAX completed 20 rep sets while their partner ran to a designated point, upon return PAX swapped, rinse and repeat until total reps were met. If your partner did not get back before you finished your 20 reps you had to complete burpees until they returned. Completing the workout in this way made all PAX complete the same amount of reps and sets eliminating sandbagging. Routine was followed by 1min of Big Boys OYO.
