7 PAX made it out to StankHill for another Sandbag beatdown put on by YHC. It was a cold and dark start for a FNG Roundhouse. Hopefully he was not scared off by the workout.

The Thang:
PAX warmed up by making two laps around the parking lot. Then the PAX did the following:
4 rounds Push Press, Squats, Bent over rows, Single arm press with KBs, KB Swings, Big Boy Sit-ups, and Merkins, then a lap around the P/L.
4 rounds, alternating shoulder press, lunges, bent over rows, tricep extensions kb, KB straight arm raises, American Hammers, Merkins then a lap around the P/L.
At the COT the PAX welcomed FNG Roundhouse. He was brought to us by Waterboy from D/R.
