The number of Pax at YHC’s last three Q’s: 4,3, and 2… not exactly a pattern I want to continue any farther. I can only assume I need to step up my game in order to avoid a solo Q on my next outing. Nonetheless, Gracie and I did our best to put the Stank in StankHill this morning and at the same time create some separation in this month’s Quad P.

Mosey to the base of the steps for the following:
Imperial Walkers to the top, jog down
Squats every other step to the top, jog down
Merkin every other step to the top, jog down
Lunges every other step to the top, jog down
Dip every other step to the top
The Thang
Mosey to, down, and up the next two staircases, mosey to the shelter across from the pull-up bars for an alternating performance of the following:
Sevens of Chin-Ups while your partner performs an AMRAP of Step-Ups at a shelter bench.
15 minutes left, so we moseyed back to the base of the steps for an AMRAP of jogging up and down the staircase before making it back to the “flag” (YHC inadvertently left the flag at home) with just a minute to spare.
COT
YHC presented the following verse:
“Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. Do everything in love” (1 Corinthians 16:13-14).
According to these verses, a true man needs to be wary of danger, faithful, brave, and strong… but above all, and most importantly, loving in all that he does. Certainly a challenge worth striving for.
