    1 mile Run (around Big and Small Hills, then back to the flags)

    Workout #2

    4 Rounds of Each – Complete 1 lap around parking lot (About 1/4 of a mile), then complete 20 big boy sit ups and 10 merkins.  must be completed within 4 minutes.  Rest in the remain time until next Round begins.
