Sprint 100 yards, 10 thrusters with lang bag, 10 KB swings will small bag, 10 goblet squats with KB, and 20 big boy situps, them another sprint for 4 rounds. Another 5 rounds of 10 alternating lunges with small bag, 10 cleans with long bag, and 10 more KB swings with KB and the 20 LBC’s. Lastly slow jog to the end of the lake and back o stretch and loosen those legs after the beat down.
