  • In accordance with this month’s challenge, we decided to incorporate some good old fashioned running into our cold Tuesday morning routine.


    15 Side Straddle Hops (4-Count)

    10 Arm Circles (4-Count)

    10 Air Squats (4 Count)

    10 Abagodas (4-Count)

    10 Spiderman Holds (4-Count)

    Workout #1 (12 min)

    Mosey Run around the front side of the #stankhill, past the front of the play ground, around the back of the small hill, to the Shelters closest to the parking lot, then back to the 2nd shelters.  Circle Back for the Six (1 Mile)

    Workout #2 (15 min)

    Increasing in reps each round (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10) compete three movements:

    Step Ups (one each leg)


    Pull ups

    Workout #3 (12 min)

    Reverse the route, and head back to the flags.  Circle Back for the Six (1 Mile)
