5 Pax, including visiting Homeboy, gave little thought to the impending weather (or the beatdown that was to come), stepped up, and welcomed the gloom at StankHill this morning. YHC, continuing in his quest to make up ground on the ever-steady Scout in this month’s Quad P, moved Warmarama across the street to the base of the StinkHill steps so that the Pax could ascend and descend the stairway to the summit following each of the following exercises:

Mosey to the 2nd Shelter where the Pax were paired as follows for two rounds of pull-ups (10 reps/9reps) while the remaining Pax performed an AMRAP of step ups on the Shelter benches:

With time still remaining, the Pax were directed to perform the following before heading back to the Flag for COT:

Upon the welcomed return to the flag, YHC shared the following verse intended to aid the Pax in keeping their sights focused on the good things in this world rather than all the negative things that the media seems intent on directing their energies.
