    240 Reverse Lunges

    360 Big Boy Sit UPS

    Each partner not pulling the sleds alternates with 10 reps of until the total number is reached for that movement.

    Workout #3 (15 min) [1.25 miles]

    Mosey around the front side of #stinkhill, then front side of playground, back side of small mountain, and back to the flags. Circle back for the 6.
