The ALARM exercises consisted of Merkins (Arms), Squats (Legs), American Hammers (Abs), Reverse Lunge, and Mountain Climbers. PAX completed 4 Sets of each exercise with incremental reps of 5, 10, 15, and 20 all IC. After each set PAX sprinted approximately 50 yards to the Flag pole and moseyed back to the starting line; rinse and repeat. Circle of Trust

YHC spoke from the heart about how important our spouses are in marriage. Although my wife and I have a great relationship it is easy to lose focus on each other because of the craziness of life. We recently left our kids with their grandparents for a few weeks this Summer and once we were completely alone for the first time in 9 years, I realized how distant my wife and I had become. While our kids are important your spouse should come first.

Ephesians 5:25- Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.
