After a two-week hiatus spent down in Florida with family and Mickey Mouse, YHC was ready and eager to get back into the game. 4 PAX arrived to DDG ready to receive their early morning beatdown.

YHC led fellow PAX on a stroll around the DDG pond and over the bear crawl bridge making way over to the parking lot to start the workout. YHC delivered a Suicide ALARM style workout. The ALARM exercises consisted of Merkins (Arms), Squats (Legs), American Hammers (Abs), Reverse Lunge, and Mountain Climbers. PAX completed 4 Sets of each exercise with incremental reps of 5, 10, 15, and 20 all IC. After each set PAX sprinted approximately 50 yards to the Flag pole and moseyed back to the starting line; rinse and repeat. Once the ALARM was silenced PAX moseyed over and completed 3 sets of Mission Impossibles. With 3 minutes left in the beatdown PAX knocked out 3 Ab workouts consisting of 20 Rosalitas IC, 20 Big Boy Sit-Ups IC, and 20 Flutter Kicks IC.

YHC spoke from the heart about how important our spouses are in marriage. Although my wife and I have a great relationship it is easy to lose focus on each other because of the craziness of life. We recently left our kids with their grandparents for a few weeks this Summer and once we were completely alone for the first time in 9 years, I realized how distant my wife and I had become. While our kids are important your spouse should come first.
