CIRCLE OF TRUST
Count-o-rama, name-o-rama, announcements
Jimmy V said the following in 1993 at the ESPY’s: “To me there are three things everyone should do every day. Number one is laugh. Number two is think — spend some time in thought. Number three, you should have your emotions move you to tears. If you laugh, think and cry, that’s a heck of a day.” Some of our workouts have made us think, laugh, and cry (in pain).
Galatians 5:22-23 But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!
Ephesians 4:29 Don’t use four or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.
