“Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.”   – Colossians 4:6

As we walk this thing out and let our light shine, be mindful that we do so not just with our actions, but with our words as well.

    • YHC had The Mandalorian on the brain and referred to Imperial Walkers as Storm Troopers. Pax encouraged YHC by stating that they’re both Star Wars related.
    • Pax missed Funny Car so we emphasized the APD’s and Monkey Humpers.
    • Pax thought I was doing more QuadP, but I wasn’t…..however, YHC is finding it difficult to completely sever ties with the burpees.
    • Dreamliner kept asking when we would be done with the warmups so 40 minutes of Man Makers next time around.
    • We were probably halfway through before I realized that the 2.0 there wasn’t Honest Abe but Buoy’s 2.0.

    • Planar and Gator are tentatively planning a new AO for doing previous IronPax Challenges on Fridays at Western Branch HS. Awesome way to get your weekend started….More info to come.
    • January Quad P is Weight Loss. You v. You. Set your own goal, track your progress. Talk to Marvel/YHC if you have questions.
    • Hitting for the Cycle – New F3HR Challenge. Consists of posting 8 times in 8 days (Sat–Sat) then posting the following week at the other AOs not previously achieved. Talk to Funny Car or visit the FB page for more info.
