3 Pax exited the fart sack to make it for a beat down this morning at Stinkhill. YHC was feeling some slight soreness in the calf. But that didn’t stop us from toughing it out . Something about your fellow Pax helping push you through the pain.

The Thang: Pax mosey/ Jog around the outer black top trail. Every so often the Pax pulled over to perform 20 Merkins and 20 Big Boys. Once the Pax arrived at Kids Cove, the Pax performed a descending Burpee set. Pax started with 10 Burpees then ran up and down the hill. Then 9 Burpees and then run up and back again. And so on. Once done the Pax returned to the flags.
