It was a dark, windy, and bitter cold morning. Three PAX braved and embraced the suck at Ruckhill. Scully and McGruff began as a twosome and then Hutch showed up.
Warmama:
Side Straddle Hop 25 IC, Imperial Walkers 25 IC, and Air Squats 25 IC
The Thang:
Rucked down to Independence and back. At the stairs 10 minute AMRAP 25 Squats and then ruck up the stairs to do 25 Thrusters.
After which the PAX 25 Ruck swings, 25 Over head Press, 25 Ruck Over Head Crunches, and 25 4 count Over head Flutter Kicks. Lastly another quick Ruck to Independence and back. COT, Namearama, and Countarama.
