9 Pax braved the nippiness for an Eighteen-themed workout. At one point mumble chatter was so high YHC forgot the count.

Mosey around the pond to the dock, stop and do 18 LBCs IC. Continue around the pond to the clubhouse.
A Field of Dreams-esque workout where the PAX divided into one of the following six stations and completed AMRAP of that stations workout until the PAX at the pull-up station completed 18 reps. From person experience and from what YHC could see out of the corner of his eye, heavy modification was in play on the pull-ups.

- YHC will be preaching on 2/3 John in a few weeks and so he pulled out this verse from the closing of 2 John.
- YHC pointed out that face to face interaction is infinitely better than merely texting, e-mailing, or social media, and encouraged the PAX to seek that type of interaction out in the relationships that mean the most to them.
