4 brave PAX exited the fartsack this morning to meet at Stank Hill before the sun came up. The PAX included the newly welcomed Hugo. He enjoyed the beatdown on Sunday so much that he managed to stumble his way back for another one.

The Thang:
PAX mosied around the mountain alternating carrying a 40lb sandbag. At the field in front of Stank Hill the PAX endured Uptown 50. Broad Jumps, 10 Merkins, Crab Crawl, 10 Merkins, Partner Carry x’s 2, 10 Merkins, Wheel Barrel/ Bear Crawls , 10 Merkins, Backwards run, 10 Merkins, AYG, 10 Merkins. Then at the stairs Bucket Brigade with 40lb sandbag. Up the stairs and then back down. Lastly the PAX did three rounds Triple Nickel with Merkins and running up and down the stairs.
