Eight Pax braved the “moist sunshine” this morning at StinkHill and were rewarded with a sense of satisfaction at a job well done, and as Cowboy put it, a ready made excuse for a mid afternoon nap. With one FNG (Finkley), who we have been EHing for some time, and one DR from Columbia, the morning was off to a good start.

Mosey to the first Shelter for a “quick” Dora as a prelude the main event.
Pax paired up and completed as a team: 100 Step-Ups, 200 Merkins, and 300 Squats. One team member ran from the shelter to the top of StinkHill and back while the other performed the designated exercise. Flip-Flop, Rinse and Repeat until the team had completed all tasks.
Upon completion, the pax were split into two teams of four for what turned out to be a very competitive game of Ultimate F(3)risbee. YHC modified the rules a bit to ensure that penalties for turnovers were completed by all Pax without fear of the other team getting a headstart. Pax were required to hold plank after a turnover until YHC called for the Merkins to begin and 10 were then completed OMC. Pax then held plank until the call was made to continue play. Skins jumped out to a quick 3 goal lead using the strategy of going over the top with some long passes, but as the penalty Merkins were reduced to 5 and eventually 0, Shirts battled back to tie the score with a more controlled short passing game. At that point, Average Joe suggested we end the game as a tie. YHC does not like kissing his sister though, and we pressed on to determine a true victor… plus YHC realized that he had ultimate control of the game clock and could call a halt to the game upon taking the lead ?. Luckily, Skins were the next to score (otherwise our “end on time” credo could’ve been in jeopardy) and YHC quickly called a halt to the game whereupon we made a beeline back to the Flag for Counterama, Namerama, and COT.
