The title of this backblast came early into the workout. Upon stepping into the grass beside the car, YHC stepped on piece of glass and heard it crunch under his feet. YHC did not really think much of it and continued on. When crossing the street at the beginning of the workout, YHC felt something start to jab into his foot. Guess what? Glass in the bottom of the shoe. Upon removal, the workout continued.
The Thang:
Warmarama: 25 side straddle hops IC, 20 copperhead squats IC.
Lap around lake.
BLIMPS: 5 burpees, 10 lunge each leg, 15 imperial walker, 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, 30 squats.
Lap around front of hill, up the hill near methane pipe #3, to methane pipe #2, down hill near bathhouse, and over to pull-up bars.
Cindy: AMRAP in 7 minutes: 5 chin-ups, 10 merkins, & 15 squats.
