Warmarama of side straddle hops (SSH) x30, Don Quixote’s (windmills) x15, and arm circles (x15 Fwd, x15 Bkwd)
Mosey to practice field
Bear crawl 1/3 way across, 10 merkins, run 1/3 way, 20 burpees, run (backwards) to finish, 30 WWII’s.
Jacob’s ladder on bleachers (ascending reps up to 7): merkins, squats, burpees
On bleachers: 5 dips then 2 merkins on every other row. Not that anyone is counting but there are 30 rows.
Mosey back to practice field
Dora: merkins x100, squats x200, little baby crunches (LBCs) x300.

After being pre-warned of potential low numbers due to the sweeping sickness that is crossing Hampton Roads, Screen Door (an FNG on Sat.) posted with a vengeance this morning. YHC believes we have a #HIM (High Impact Man) on our hands.
With hard commits (HCs) abounding this week, Sat. is setting up to be a record day. Everyone stick to the HC and beat the fartsack.
